What a year so far, and it’s only March!

Working alongside Create and Craft/Ideal World for the past three years has been something I will treasure but sadly as we all know it is no longer the same.

Leaving was a very scary step especially after recently moving to a new premises and bringing in new machinery for increased manufacture.

Things in February however took on quite a turn and before I knew it I was demonstrating again (something I love to do) on Crafters TV and meeting with a new channel – Hobbymaker.

March starts really positive with me having a show on the launch day of Hobbymaker alongside Crafters Companion and Hunkydory, not forgetting of course, Dave Bradford. What a day and how grateful I am that these opportunities came along.

As much as my business focuses on being mindful and reducing stress it is the Sanntangle community that has kept up all going with your positivity and support both financially and through your kind words in messages and during our live tile sessions. For that I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For us now its onwards and upwards. More classes as we love to meet you all, continued tile sessions and of course regular visits to Hobbymaker and Crafters TV. We like to be busy and love what we do so what’s coming? Well book 7 obviously launched with the new channel but there’s also a new stencil “sea life’ and a couple of products are work in progress. With the new website it’ll be planning in regular blogs and sorting out a newsletter to coincide with the tile swap.

Tileswap 14 is about to go out tomorrow (March 11th) and then tile swap 15 will as always go live on the third Monday in March at 2:00.

Whilst we’re hoping that March/April will continue to be busy we’d like less of the unknown and a bit of consistency now maybe even to the point where we start to look for a trainee elf ? Dobby also is wanting his own instagram account so I’m sure we’ll have to give in at some point to keep him happy too especially as he’s a free elf.
